Treasure Island Caravan Park provides cabin and campsite accommodation in Launceston, northern Tasmania.
Set on almost three hectares (7 acres) of leafy grounds, the well-equipped caravan park is close to the city. Choose from deluxe or standard holiday cabins, both fully self-contained with en suite bathrooms, double beds and triple bunks. There are onsite caravans as well, which are self-catering. Powered campervan sites and tent sites are available, some with panoramic city views. Facilities include an onsite laundry, three amenities blocks with toilets and showers, barbecue facilities, public phone, general store nearby and camper’s kitchen with television. Tour bookings are available onsite, there is a car washing area, linen and blankets available for hire and a separate baby’s bathroom. You are close to a range of attractions including the Cataract Gorge Reserve where you can enjoy a chairlift ride on the world’s longest single-span chairlift or wander the picturesque grounds below where the peacocks roam. You can also visit the Aquarius Roman Baths, have a coffee at Old Launceston Seaport and visit the leafy city parks.
